We’re excited to inform you that the shipment of Barbaric has officially left the port and is now on its way to each destination hub! We understand that many of you are eager to receive your game, and we truly appreciate your patience as the shipments make their way across the globe. Here is the latest update on the shipping status by region:
CN to CN: The shipment has arrived at our hub! 😊
CN to AU: Expected to reach port mid-October.
CN to UK: Estimated arrival at port in early November.
CN to NL: Expected to arrive at port mid-November.
CN to CA: Due to arrive at port by the end of October.
CN to US: Expected at port by the end of October.
Please hang tight just a little longer, as your games are now on the move, and we are doing everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery process. We will continue to keep you updated as the shipments reach each regional hub.
Address Changes For those of you needing to update your address, please note that we have passed the deadline for address changes. THE GAME IS ON THE GEAR!

Dear Barbarics, We are excited to share some great news regarding the progress of the shipping process for Barbaric. The games have now been successfully picked up from the factory and are in transit to the port. While the majority of the shipments are still en route to the port, we are happy to report that some shipments, including those bound for the UK and EU, have already been loaded onto vessels and are on their way.
Please note that the shipping process involves multiple stages. Once the cargo reaches the port, it will wait to be loaded onto a ship and transported to our designated fulfillment hubs around the world. We will provide another update as soon as the shipments have arrived at their respective hubs and are ready for the next step—distribution to your doorstep.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of Barbaric.

PRODUCTION UPDATE (JULY 2024)

Dear Barbarics,
At this time, all products have been produced and are ready for delivery. But the factory said there was a problem after counting the numbers before they were about to start shipping. After the product was finished packing, They found that there were not enough components to contain approximately 20 sets, causing them to have to produce more to prepare for delivery.
We are also very dissatisfied after postponing everyone many times since the map and miniature were damaged. Until now, the production has not been completed according to the quantity we have reported. Therefore, we emailed their CEO directly to inform them of the problems and delays in coordinating the sales manager responsible for our project.
On July 20th, the CEO volunteered to take care of our project directly. They promised to request production time for the 20 missing sets within 15 days and will begin shipping accordingly plan as soon as possible. They sincerely apologize for the delay and the many problems that have occurred.
We are now prepared to coordinate with ShipQuest to prepare all shipments. After the factory has finished fixing it, we will begin shipping and notify everyone immediately.
We are fully aware of the situation and would like to reiterate our commitment to resolving the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation. Our priority is to start shipping as soon as possible so that everyone can enjoy our games without further delay.
In the meantime, we have completed a how to play video the latest version. We are translating the language sound into English to make it easy for everyone to understand how to play before the game is delivered to everyone. We will inform everyone in the next update.

THE LATEST SHIPPING SCHEDULE FROM MANUFACTURER

Dear Barbarics, We continuously coordinated with the factory during June. We are delighted to inform you that the English version of Barbaric is ready to ship soon. We would like to clarify the following details for everyone.
The Painted Miniatures released from the China customs We have already received the painted miniatures stuck at Chinese customs and sent them to the factory. They are in the process of packing and pasting barcodes on the boxes.
Reasons for the delay in June On June 10, the factory informed us that several minis of each design have adaptation problems, so they need time to arrange to reproduce. This process is expected to be completed around July 5.
We have continued our coordination efforts and wanted them to provide a precise delivery schedule. They said that for the delivery time, we can arrange for our forwarder to pick up the goods from them on July 15.
However, we will be following this matter closely. If everything goes smoothly on July 5, we will update everyone again.
We also sincerely hope that everything will be successful. Thank you to everyone who has been patiently waiting during this time.
