Dear Barbarics, During this time, we know our Backers are waiting, and there are many questions that we have read but cannot give clear answers to. There were problems during the coordination, which required confirmation from many parts to explain the information and let everyone be comfortable that we had solved all of these problems. We would like to summarize the events that occurred this month, which caused the delivery of the English version of Barbaric to be slightly delayed.
The good news is that the manufacturer says Barbaric is finished! In early May, the manufacturer informed us that they had completed production of the English version for all Backers. They sent us the remaining bill and instructed us to contact the Fulfillment Center for delivery to the port, which we are very happy about. But there is a slight problem.
Eight Catons of painted Miniatures that we shipped back to the factory are still stuck in Chinese customs. As we have informed everyone, we have sent the painted Miniatures back to the factory to undergo the boxing process, totaling 61 Cartons. We have been told by the shipping company that our factory returned the product to China Customs 8 Cartons, which should be avoided because they are products returned to the factory. We don't have any sales documents. So, we had to find a way to contact Chinese customs, and the factory helped us find an agent to contact them to work with this part. So, it will not be possible to begin the process of packaging the painted miniatures into boxes.
Including not being able to start the delivery process. Because of Fulfillment The Center informs that all items should be sent out together. Because there may be difficulties at the destination when receiving products into Fulfillment warehouses in each area. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, as your support is crucial in this process.
This is the main reason we are taking time to solve this problem, and there is yet to be an answer for everyone about how it will end. However, on May 19th, the factory sent an email to inform us that the agent they provided coordinated with Chinese customs until the goods could be released soon. We are delighted that everything went well, even though it may have taken a long time. We are sorry for this unexpected event. We apologize for the delay and silence that has occurred during this period.
Even in the bad news, there is still good news. We have discovered cards with incorrect words and have ordered the factory to print replacement cards before they are shipped. From the Thai version of Barbaric that has been delivered, we have detected a few typos on the card. We have checked the English version carefully again and have printed the corrections for everyone in time before the product is sent out. We have also made a slight adjustment to the balance of character skill cards to make Barbaric as complete as possible when delivered to everyone's homes. It is expected that it will not take long and will be completed along with packing all the painted miniatures into boxes in the same period.
We sincerely hope that our next update will begin shipping to everyone. Thank you to everyone who has been patiently waiting and it's getting closer. We will update everyone as soon as Barbaric begins shipping. Which is expected to start within June for sure.

THAILAND FULFILLMENT FINISHED AND GRAND OPENING EVENT!

Hello Barbarics! We are happy to say that Barbaric's fulfillment is now officially finished in Thailand! Since we ship ourselves, it takes some time to complete this part but now everything is successful. We will soon begin shipping the English version worldwide, and the manufactory has informed us that packing is almost complete. (It is expected to be completed by the end of April and ready to ship within May onwards)

Hexa World: The Grand Opening Barbaric Event!
On April 21, we held a grand launch event for Barbaric under Hexa World. More than 500 people participated in this event to receive products. The atmosphere of the event was full of people's happiness. We've announced new game projects we'll work on this year, including Suriya and Victim Remastered, and opened them up for everyone to test Barbaric. We are delighted to receive feedback from most of our testers, who enjoyed the game as we expected. Everyone can see more of the event's atmosphere on Facebook by searching for the hashtag #Hexaworld.
We also plan to hold an event to thank all the Backers in Europe and America. This year, we plan to have a bigger launch at the board game event in Spiel Essen. And GenCon at America in next year. We will strive to make it happen so that everyone feels rewarded for supporting our dreams.
Finally, we would like to say a huge thanks again to every single one of you for being so patient and understanding with us during this period. We have detected an error in the Thai version of this product. There were a few pieces of equipment missing. There was an error in the number of Sleeves for Event Cards being swapped with Survivor Card Packs. We have instructed the manufactory to fix this issue before starting to ship the English version in order to ensure that everyone receives the most complete game.
When the product begins shipping on the ship We will update everyone again in the next update.

READY FOR THAI FULFILLMENT!

Hello Barbarics!
We're thrilled to bring you the latest update. We have several important topics to cover, so let's get right in.
Production Update
From the original schedule the manufacturer had promised us, it would begin shipping after the Chinese New Year, on March 7th. Unfortunately, their team found the Game board warped during the inspection. (Please refer to the attached pictures). We met in the morning to analyze the reasons for the problem and the solutions.
Reasons
1. The game board size is large, and they made them manually. Therefore, when gluing the art paper, there will be an uneven force， and then the game board will be a little.
2. The most essential reason is that the humidity of the greyboard could be better. The size of the game board is relatively large. Finally, in the case of drying, the gray board in the middle is still wet, but the surrounding area has dried.
According to our standards, this board is unacceptable and cannot be packed into the box. So, their team came up with the following solution after discussion.
Solutions
They could ship the partially finished product, the Thai version, which was about 50% complete first. After that, they will work on fixes and finish production of the remaining game by April.
Although we want the game to be released as quickly as possible, the integrity of the product is our first priority. We had to wait for them to produce the damaged product again.
Fulfillment News
On the 10th, some finished products were sent to Thailand (The pre-orders for the Thai version before launching on Kickstarter). Even though we will have to pay additional shipping fees 2 times. But we also want the finished products delivered to everyone as quickly as possible. In addition, we have already reserved a location for the Opening Event in Thailand. We have therefore decided to pay this additional shipping fee to ensure the schedule is on time.
However, we will fast-track the manufacturer's production to complete the product and ship it as quickly as possible because we understand that the schedule has been postponed many times.
Painting Update
Our paint team has completed it. And the painted miniatures will begin shipping it back to the factory for packing by this week. The order Painting and Shadow Shading will be shipped together from April onwards.

We have returned from the Essen Spiel '22 and ready to take the next step. So today we bring you news about the Pledge Manager and Late Pledge is opening!
Pledge Manager
We’ll proceed in two stages:
Smoke Tests were sent out on October 23. For those who are unfamiliar, these go out to 5% of the backers to make sure everything is operating properly in the surveys. We will be sending out the rest of the surveys once we confirm that there are no hiccups. Also, please remember to check your spam folders.
Then we'll send mass invites to all the backers and open the late pledges.
If you want to adjust your pledge or add on any additional items, this is your chance! Everyone who pledged for at least $1 during the campaign should see the option to "switch your pledge level" when you start your survey.
Once the pledge manager closes on December 31st, you will not be able to order this anymore!
Your payment for shipping, and any additional items you added, will be collected on December 31st when the BackerKit closes. If you would like to have your payment collected sooner than that, please email [email protected] once you are ready and we will work to get that taken care of as quickly as possible for you and we’ll send repeated emails and post updates about it.
